Our gluten-free gingerbread biscuit mix is an easy-to-make, versatile mix that you can use to Bake Yourself Happy at Home®. You can use the mix to make a batch of wonderfully warmly spiced gingerbread biscuits for dunking in your tea. Or you can use a gingerbread man cutter to bake and decorate yourself happy! And if you’d like to create your own gingerbread house rather than buy one of our gingerbread house kits, you can use this mix to make your biscuit house panels!

We devised our gingerbread biscuit recipe using a plant-based / dairy free baking block. So our gingerbread biscuits are not only gluten-free and suitable for coeliacs, but can also be enjoyed by those following a vegan diet.

You simply need to add baking block and cold water to our gluten-free gingerbread biscuit mix. Then bring it together to form a soft dough, roll and cut, then bake your way to happiness!

The pack includes full, easy-to-follow instructions for making the biscuits.
