Our gluten-free gingerbread wreath kit has all the dry ingredients, templates and instructions you will need to bake and build your gingerbread wreath 😍

It also includes the sweets and white royal icing you will need to decorate your wreath like the one in the picture. And there’s also a length of twine for you to hang your finished masterpiece.

*  Gingerbread biscuit mix
*  Baking instructions
*  2 x metal cookie cutters (1 x snowflake, 1 x star), which you can use again and again for biscuit baking projects
*  1 x 8” and 1 x 4” cake cards to use as templates to cut your biscuit wreath
*  Piping bag
*  Royal icing
*  Sweets
*  Twine for hanging your wreath (you can also use the pink ribbon from the box if you prefer)
*  Construction guidance

Your finished wreath will be 20cm (8”).

Our gingerbread biscuit mix is an easy-to-make, versatile mix that can be used to make a batch of wonderfully warmly spiced gingerbread biscuits, perfect for dunking yourself happy!

The biscuits hold their shape while baking, so you can use fancy pants cutters and go to town with iced decorations on top if that’s your thing!🙃

The mix can also be used as the biscuit dough for a gingerbread man decorating project. And if you’re feeling super creative, you can even use it to create a gingerbread house.

We devised this biscuit recipe using a plant-based / dairy free baking block, which means that they’re also suitable for people following a vegan diet.

You can use the mix to make a batch of wonderfully warmly spiced gingerbread biscuits for dunking in your tea. Or you can use a gingerbread man cutter to bake and decorate yourself happy! And if you’d like to create your own gingerbread house rather than buy one of our gingerbread house kits, you can use this mix to make your biscuit house panels!

We devised our gingerbread biscuit recipe using a plant-based / dairy free baking block. So our gingerbread biscuits are not only gluten-free and suitable for coeliacs, but can also be enjoyed by those following a vegan diet.

You simply need to add baking block and cold water to our gluten-free gingerbread biscuit mix. Then bring it together to form a soft dough, roll and cut, then bake your way to happiness!

The pack includes full, easy-to-follow instructions for making the biscuits.
