Piping bags are typically made from one of three materials: fabric, parchment / baking paper or disposable.

We prefer to use disposable piping bags over fabric ones for hygiene reasons. They provide us with a better grip than parchment piping bags.

We generally only use one piping nozzle for a single cake or cupcake decorating project. But if you are using multiple nozzles, you can use a coupler with these piping bags. This lets you switch between nozzles without emptying the buttercream from the bag first.

If you thoroughly wash and dry these piping bags in hot, soapy water, you can reuse them several times.  They are strong enough to withstand a good few washes.

Not limited to buttercream, these bags can also be used for piping chocolate ganache and royal icing on to your cake and biscuit creations.
