This mix is the one we use to make our hugely popular Fauxreo cookies at the bakery.

It’s a versatile mix, which can be made suitable for vegans by using Stork block. Otherwise simply add butter (and a splash of milk).

Mix > Chill > Roll > Cut > Bake > Eat – it really is that simple!

Our gluten-free chocolate biscuit mix will make around 30 cookies, depending on the size of your cutter and how thick you roll the dough (we recommend a 5cm round cutter and a thickness of 3mm).


The Little Bakery of Happiness is a small [but perfectly formed] specialist gluten-free craft bakery. We produce handmade sweet and savoury treats from our bakery at Nene Court in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.

Everything we bake is gluten-free and we do offer some dairy-free and vegan goodies, but please note that while our bakery is a controlled gluten-free environment and we do have strict cross-contamination controls in place when baking food that is dairy free and/or vegan, we do use milk, eggs and meat products on a daily basis.

Our gluten-free chocolate biscuit mix does not contain any of the top 14 allergens. It has been tested with both butter and Stork block and so is suitable for vegans if Stork block is used (this is how we make the biscuits in the bakery).
