Our stollen cookies are made with English butter, free range eggs, winter spices, almond-soaked sour cherries, pistachios, cranberries and marzipan for a truly delicious Christmassy stollen taste.

Our Little Boxes of Happiness make the perfect present if you’re looking to send someone a sweet treat.

All our cakes and cookies are handmade in our gluten-free bakery home in Northamptonshire. We aim to send orders out within 3-5 days of receiving your order.

We offer a range of gluten-free brownies, blondies, bars and slices for you to choose from. Send one to a friend or family member or simply just treat yourself – because you’re worth it!  All of our cakes and cookies by post are suitable for home freezing.

Order a Little Box of Happiness from us and we will send it direct to your chosen recipient.  First pick your flavour, then tell us where you would like us to send it by adding the recipient’s address in the box provided.

We send our gifts of happiness using Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 delivery service because we want them to reach you quickly. We send them separately to anything else you may order from us. If you are ordering other happiness, you can choose to have it send by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post and we will send it to the address you add on the checkout page.

These interlocking 3-d Christmas tree biscuit cutters will provide you with hours of baking and decorating fun in the run up to the festive season.

Make up your favourite sturdy biscuit dough (or use the one we will send you). Cut out the shapes, bake them and wait for them to cool. Then assemble them and decorate them as simply or outlandishly as takes your fancy!

You can mount them on miniature cake cards and place them on your Christmas dinner table –  if you can resist eating them, that is! Or do as we did and bake large round biscuits to mount them on – so there’s even more edible yumminess to demolish at a later date

The recipe we will send you with your purchase of this cutter set uses both milk and eggs. If this is not suitable for your dietary preferences, you will need to use a recipe of your choice. But please make sure it is one where the biscuit dough holds its shape when baked.
