Waffles are terrifically versatile and make a great breakfast treat, a substantial brunch fix or a lovely way to top off a main meal with a quick and delicious pudding.

You will need to add eggs, melted butter and water to the mix to create your gluten-free sweet waffle batter.  Use it in a waffle maker to make delicious waffles in a matter of minutes.

Follow the instructions on your waffle maker to cook your waffles. We have a round, four-segment waffle maker and cook each waffle for five minutes until golden and crispy on the outside.

Be careful not to overfill your waffle plates. Too much batter and you will end up with a reenactment of the magic porridge!

You can use the waffle batter all in one go but you can also keep it in the fridge for up to three days. Just dig it out of the fridge when you’re ready for another waffle fix.
