Simply add water, melted butter and eggs to the waffle mix to create a batter ready to make mouthwateringly crisp yet fluffy waffles in minutes. Try adding some grated cheese to supercharge the tastiness.

No relegating your waffle maker to the cupboard of unwanted electricals with this mix in your pantry!

One pack will make 6-8 waffles of the size in the picture, depending on how much batter you add to your waffle plate.

Who doesn’t love a good waffle? And these waffles made with our gluten-free savoury waffle mix are goooooooood. They’re crispy on the outside yet light and fluffy on the inside. Yum!

Waffles are terrifically versatile and make a great breakfast treat, a substantial brunch fix or even the carbohydrate element of a main meal.

You will need to add eggs, melted butter and water to the mix to create your waffle batter.  Use it in a waffle maker to make delicious waffles in a matter of minutes.

Follow the instructions on your waffle maker to cook your waffles. We have a round, four-segment waffle maker and we cook each waffle for five minutes until golden and crispy on the outside.

Be careful not to overfill your waffle maker plates.  Too much batter and you will end up with a re-enactment of the magic porridge (ask us how we know!) 😉

We love to add grated extra mature cheddar and parmesan to the waffle batter before cooking.  Our favourite topping is crispy bacon and a big glug of brown sauce. Hoooo yes! 😀

You can use up all the waffle batter in one go. Or you can keep what you don’t use in the fridge for up to three days. Just dig it out of the fridge when you are ready for another waffle fix.

The Little Bakery of Happiness is a small [but perfectly formed] specialist gluten-free craft bakery. We produce handmade sweet and savoury treats from our bakery at Elkington Lodge in Welford, Northamptonshire.

Everything we bake is gluten-free and we do offer some dairy free and plant-based / vegan treats, but please not that while our bakery is a controlled gluten-free environment and we do have strict cross contamination controls in place when baking food that is dairy free and/or vegan, we do use milk, egg and meat products on a daily basis.



We use Royal Mail to send out happiness. You can choose between a Tracked24 and a Tracked48 service for most products.

Cakes by post are all sent out on a Tracked24 service and postage is charged on each box sent.

All other happiness is sent in one parcel with the all-up weight determining the cost of postage.
