Inside the box is everything you need to bake a batch of delicious gluten-free cookies, with the exception of the ‘wet’ ingredients.
Easy to follow instructions are provided*, which walk you through the process of making your dough and then baking your cookies. The ingredients are separated into separate pouches for the different stages of the cookie dough preparation process. It couldn’t be simpler!
If you don’t think you will get through the entire batch of cookies before they go past their best, then who even are you?! But seriously, you can freeze the raw dough for baking at a later date. Or you can freeze the baked cookies.

The Little Bakery of Happiness is a small [but perfectly formed] specialist gluten-free craft bakery. We produce handmade sweet and savoury treats from our bakery home in Northamptonshire.
Everything we bake is gluten-free and we do offer some dairy free and plant-based / vegan treats, but please not that while our bakery is a controlled gluten-free environment and we do have strict cross contamination controls in place when baking food that is dairy free and/or vegan, we do use milk, egg and meat products on a daily basis.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
We use Royal Mail to send out happiness. You can choose between a Tracked24 and a Tracked48 service for most products.
Cakes by Post are all sent out on a Tracked24 service and postage is charged on each box sent.
All other happiness is sent in one parcel with the all-up weight determining the cost of postage.
