Our Snowy Scene gluten-free gingerbread house kit has all the dry ingredients, templates and instructions you will need to bake and build your gingerbread house. It also includes sweets and icing to decorate your house and a cake card to attach your finished masterpiece to.
The biscuit mix, all the sweets and the icing in this kit are gluten-free and suitable for vegans / people following a plant-based diet. Please see the allergen tab below for more information.

Use the gingerbread biscuit mix in the kit to make your dough, then use the templates to cut out your gingerbread house. Bake, cool and make up your royal icing ready to construct your house.
Use the sweets and icing to decorate your gingerbread house before attaching it to the cake card provided.

Our gluten-free gingerbread house kits are gluten-free and suitable for vegans / people following a plant-based diet.
Made in a dedicated gluten-free bakery using ingredients that do not carry any may contain warnings for gluten-containing ingredients.
The royal icing supplied with the kits is made using an egg-free formula.
All sweets included in the kits are suitable for vegans, although some carry a may contain warning for milk and so are NOT suitable for people with a milk allergy.

The Little Bakery of Happiness is a small [but perfectly formed] specialist gluten-free craft bakery. Vicky, the founder, has coeliac disease.
Everything we bake is gluten-free and we do offer some dairy free and plant-based / vegan treats, but please not that while our bakery is a controlled gluten-free environment and we do have strict cross contamination controls in place when baking food that is dairy free and/or vegan, we do use milk, egg and meat products on a daily basis.

We use Royal Mail to send out happiness. You can choose between a Tracked24 and a Tracked48 service for most products.
Cakes by Post are all sent out on a Tracked24 service and postage is charged on each box sent.
All other happiness is sent in one parcel with the all-up weight determining the cost of postage.
