Use the gingerbread biscuit mix in the kit to make your dough, then use the templates to cut out your gingerbread house. Bake, cool and make up your royal icing ready to construct your house.
Use the sweets and icing to decorate your gingerbread house before attaching it to the board provided.

Our gluten-free valentine gingerbread house kits are gluten-free. They are NOT suitable for vegetarians or vegans / people following a plant-based diet because of the marshmallows included in the kit, which contain gelatine.
Made in a dedicated gluten-free bakery using ingredients that do not carry any may contain warnings for gluten-containing ingredients.
The royal icing supplied with the kits is made using an egg-free formula.
Some of the sweets in our kits carry a may contain warning for milk and so are NOT suitable for people with a milk allergy.

The Little Bakery of Happiness is a small [but perfectly formed] specialist gluten-free craft bakery. Vicky, the founder, has coeliac disease.
Everything we bake is gluten-free and we do offer some dairy free and plant-based / vegan treats, but please not that while our bakery is a controlled gluten-free environment and we do have strict cross contamination controls in place when baking food that is dairy free and/or vegan, we do use milk, egg and meat products on a daily basis.

We use Royal Mail to send out happiness. You can choose between a Tracked24 and a Tracked48 service for most products.
Cakes by Post are all sent out on a Tracked24 service and postage is charged on each box sent.
All other happiness is sent in one parcel with the all-up weight determining the cost of postage.
