STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE BISCUIT BAKING BOX

Deliciously decadent, melt-in-the-mouth shortcake biscuits, sandwiched together with strawberry jam and topped with a sweet strawberry icing and a pretty flower sweet.

Inside this baking box you will find all the dry ingredients you need to make, bake and decorate a batch of gluten-free biscuits that taste amazing and look as pretty as a picture!

The recipe makes 16 biscuits, which you will then sandwich in pairs before decorating to make eight gorgeous strawberry shortcake sandwich biscuits.

You can make the dough by hand, with a stand mixer or an electric hand mixer.

Inside the box is everything you need to bake and decorate a batch of melt-in-the-mouth gluten-free biscuits, with the exception of the ‘wet’ ingredients.

Easy to follow instructions are provided*, which walk you through the process of making your dough and then baking and decorating your biscuits. The ingredients are separated into separate pouches for the different stages of the biscuit-making process. It couldn’t be simpler!

If you don’t think you will get through the entire batch of biscuits before they go past their best, then who even are you?! But seriously, you can freeze the raw dough for baking at a later date. Or you can freeze the baked biscuits (un-iced).

The Little Bakery of Happiness is a small [but perfectly formed] specialist gluten-free craft bakery. We produce handmade sweet and savoury treats from our bakery home in Northamptonshire.

Everything we bake is gluten-free and we do offer some dairy free and plant-based / vegan treats, but please not that while our bakery is a controlled gluten-free environment and we do have strict cross contamination controls in place when baking food that is dairy free and/or vegan, we do use milk, egg and meat products on a daily basis.
