In the box are all the dry ingredients you will need to make the cheesecake shown in the picture. The kit includes:
- A digestive biscuit crumb for the base
- Belgian white chocolate and freeze-dried raspberry crumble for the middle
- Easter bunny and chick marshmallows and cookie rubble to decorate the top.
You will need a loose-bottomed 8” round cake tin to make this cheesecake.

All the baking elements for a belting gluten-free Easter cheesecake have been prepared for you with this raspberry, white chocolate and cookie rubble cheesecake kit.
You get to do the fun bits of making the cheesecake middle and assembling your masterpiece using the detailed instructions provided. And, of course, licking the bowl clean at the end!
You will find all the dry ingredients and recipe included in the box. You will just need to buy cream, butter and cream cheese for the cheesecake middle.
This cheesecake is made in an 8” round loose-bottomed cake tin lined with baking paper.

The Little Bakery of Happiness is a small [but perfectly formed] specialist gluten-free craft bakery. We produce handmade sweet and savoury treats from our bakery home in Northamptonshire.
Everything we bake is gluten-free and we do offer some dairy free and plant-based / vegan treats, but please not that while our bakery is a controlled gluten-free environment and we do have strict cross contamination controls in place when baking food that is dairy free and/or vegan, we do use milk, egg and meat products on a daily basis.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
As a small batch craft gluten-free bakery producing everything by hand, we bake and blend to order. We aim to dispatch orders within 3-4 days of receiving them (Monday-Friday).
We use Royal Mail to send out happiness. You can choose between a Tracked24 and a Tracked48 service for most products.
Cakes by post are all sent out on a Tracked24 service and postage is charged on each box sent.
All other happiness is sent in one parcel with the all-up weight determining the cost of postage.
