“I recently bought (online) the savoury and sweet scone mixes along with the Yorkshire pudding one. Yesterday I baked the savouries and halved the recipe to make six of the little jewels (there are only two of us). I’ve had a lot of issues getting GF recipes to work well and rise as they should.
This was an OMG moment for me. The result was absolutely perfect..
Little beauties with a full rise and very tasty, too. I just added 1tsp chilli powder and topped them off with grated parmesan. Vicky was so helpful and supportive when I spoke to her before baking. If you want a great product and a great recipe you CANNOT go wrong here! As The Terminator said: “I’ll be back”.
