CUPCAKE PIPING TIP
Do you know the difference between a good looking cupcake and a *great* looking cupcake? It comes down to the type of cupcake piping tip you choose.
This large, drop flower (JEM 1B) piping tip is our absolute favourite at the bakery. It produces beautiful buttercream swirls for the tops of your cupcakes. Each swirl can easily be crowned with a decoration such as a chocolate button or piece of fruit.
You can use the tip with fabric, parchment or disposable piping bags.
The tip is made from stainless steel and is easy to clean in warm soapy water. It will last and last – we’ve had ours for years.

The Little Bakery of Happiness is a small [but perfectly formed] specialist gluten-free craft bakery. We produce handmade sweet and savoury treats from our bakery home in Northamptonshire.
Everything we bake is gluten-free and we do offer some dairy-free and vegan goodies, but please note that while our bakery is a controlled gluten-free environment and we do have strict cross-contamination controls in place when baking food that is dairy free and/or vegan, we do use milk, eggs and meat products on a daily basis.

We use Royal Mail to send out happiness. You can choose between a Tracked24 and a Tracked48 service for most products.
Cakes by Post are all sent out on a Tracked24 service and postage is charged on each box sent.
All other happiness is sent in one parcel with the all-up weight determining the cost of postage.
