SAGE & ONION GLUTEN-FREE YORKSHIRE PUDDING MIX
No roast dinner is complete without a Yorkshire pudding (or three!). Fear not, we’ve got your back (and your Sunday lunch plate) with our gluten-free Yorkshire pudding mix! We love them so much that we have them with any and every type or roast dinner, not just with beef.
Our mix makes deliciously light and crispy Yorkshire puddings. We have made them extra tasty by adding sage and onion to the mix.
You will need to add eggs and milk to the mix to create your pudding batter. You will then be ready to bake mini, standard-sized or giant Yorkshire puddings.
We can highly recommend baking one giant pud and filling it with all the trappings of a Full English breakfast. Epic! Or why not try your hand at a toad in the hole?
Once baked, any leftovers can be frozen. But…leftovers? Give your head a wobble 😀
For the best results, you really must heat your oil until it is sizzlingly hot before adding your pud batter. We put the pan in the oven (with the oil) as soon as we turn the oven on and heat to max temperature before adding the batter. You need to work quickly (but carefully!) to transfer the batter to the pan and into the oven while that oil is still hot, hot hot.
And you really, really must resist the temptation of opening the oven door after five minutes to see if your Yorkshires are rising!

Our gluten-free sage and onion Yorkshire pudding mix contains NONE of the top 14 allergens.
It does, however, require the addition of EGG and MILK.
The mix will not work as intended if you make any substitutions. Please follow the instructions provided
