GLUTEN-FREE DOUBLE BELGIAN CHOCOLATE COOKIE MIX
Our gluten-free double Belgian chocolate cookie mix is an easy-to-make mix that you can use to Bake Yourself Happy at Home®. You simply need to add butter and eggs to the mix, chill, shape and bake your way to happiness. The most difficult part of the whole process is waiting for the cookie dough to firm up in the fridge!
The gluten-free cookies we sell at the bakery are so popular that we decided to transform the recipe into a mix for you to recreate the same next-level cookie happiness from the comfort of your own home 🙂
We use Belgian white and milk chocolate in our double chocolate cookie mix and a combination of both chocolate flakes and chocolate chunks for the ultimate in ooey, gooey, crispy, crunchy deliciousness.
One packet of our cookie mix will make 12 large cookies. You can, of course make smaller cookies (but WHAT?!?) and will just need to bake for a few minutes less.

GLUTEN-FREE BAKERY
The Little Bakery of Happiness is a small [but perfectly formed] specialist gluten-free craft bakery. We produce handmade sweet and savoury treats from our bakery at Elkington Lodge in Welford, Northamptonshire.
Everything we bake is gluten-free and we do offer some dairy-free and vegan goodies, but please note that while our bakery is a controlled gluten-free environment and we do have strict cross-contamination controls in place when baking food that is dairy free and/or vegan, we do use milk, eggs and meat products on a daily basis.
