It takes just four simple steps to Bake Yourself Happy at Home with our deliciously decadent double chocolate gluten-free cookie dough.

The cookie dough is supplied raw and frozen. All you need to do is defrost, shape and bake the dough, cool the cookies then get scoffing. It really is that simple!

One tub of our gluten-free double chocolate cookie dough will make 8-10 giant cookies.

It is the same cookie dough that we use for the cookies you can buy on The Little Bakery Counter of Happiness at our walk-in bakery in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.

Product information

All our products are gluten-free, made with certified gluten-free ingredients and produced in a controlled gluten-free environment (the owner/baker has coeliac disease).

Your cookie dough will come raw, frozen and ready to bake with simple instructions on how to Bake Yourself Happy at Home.

One tub of cookie dough will yield 8-10 giant cookies and bakes in just 15mins (after defrosting the dough overnight/for 12 hours in the fridge or at room temperature for approximately two hours).

Delivery information

Our Bake Yourself Happy at Home range of products are supplied raw, frozen and ready-to-bake.

They will be sent to you using an overnight/24 hour courier service in packaging designed to keep your order frozen for up to 48 hours from dispatch.

There is a fixed delivery charge of £8.95 on all Bake Yourself Happy at Home orders with free delivery on orders over £75.

Ingredients and allergens

Ingredients (including allergens in CAPS) for the double chocolate cookie dough:

Gluten-free flour blend (rice, tapioca, xanthan gum), sugar, Belgian milk and white chocolate (25%) (sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), butter (MILK), EGG, baking powder (mono calcium phosphate, corn starch, bicarbonate of soda), sea salt.
