Our gluten-free chocolate cake mix is perfect to use when you want to Bake Yourself Happy at Home®.  We’ve created a fail-safe recipe for a delicious double-layer chocolate cake.

You will need two 8″ round cake tins and additional wet ingredients (eggs, milk, syrup and oil) to make up this cake following the very simple instructions on the back of the pack.

Our mix can also be made dairy free. We have tested it with soya milk as an alternative to dairy milk and made a buttercream with plant butter, icing sugar and cocoa powder.

You can use our chocolate cake mix to make a spectacular gluten-free celebration cake. Fill it with chocolate buttercream, top with chocolate fudge sauce and adorn it with a variety of chocolate decorations. Yum!

Our gluten-free cbocolate cake mix contains none of the top 14 allergens but it does require the addition of EGG and MILK.

The cake can be made dairy free by substituting the milk for SOYA milk.
