We source and blend a magical mix of gluten-free flours so that you don’t have to.

Our cupcake flour makes the most wonderfully light and fluffy gluten-free cupcakes.  There is a recipe on-pack for making a dozen vanilla cupcakes.

Each pack of flour contains 340g and is enough to make 24 cupcakes.

MAGICAL GLUTEN-FREE CUPCAKE FLOUR

Our gluten-free cupcake flour is perfect to use when you want to Bake Yourself Happy at Home®

It is the same gluten-free flour that we use in our bakery products. The flour was developed by me, Vicky (owner of The Little Bakery of Happiness) back in the early days of the bakery’s development. We rigorously test all our products to make sure they produce consistently great results in gluten-free baking.

In addition to our cupcake flour, we also sell both gluten-free plain flour and gluten-free self-raising flour, which you can use to make cakes, cookies, biscuits and more. We do not recommend using our magical gluten-free plain flour to make gluten-free bread.

You can use our cupcake flour to whip up a batch of cupcakes at home. We have included a recipe on the pack to bake a batch of 12 vanilla cupcakes. One pack of the flour will make 24 cupcakes. You can, of course, mix up the flavours to suit your tastes. For example, try swapping the vanilla extract for lemon extract )and the zest of a lemon for extra zinginess).

You can top your cupcakes with a simple icing sugar/water frosting and sprinkles (always sprinkles!). Or you can pipe them with buttercream swirls.

GLUTEN-FREE BAKERY

The Little Bakery of Happiness is a small [but perfectly formed] specialist gluten-free craft bakery. We produce handmade sweet and savoury treats from our bakery at Elkington Lodge in Welford, Northamptonshire.

Everything we bake is gluten-free and we do offer some dairy-free and vegan goodies, but please note that while our bakery is a controlled gluten-free environment and we do have strict cross-contamination controls in place when baking food that is dairy free and/or vegan, we do use milk, eggs and meat products on a daily basis.

ALLERGENS

Our gluten-free cupcake flour contains none of the top 14 allergens.

Our recipe for making cupcakes with this flour does require the addition of EGGS and MILK.
