A gluten-free curry sauce mix that’s ready in minutes…

If you’ve one of those curious types who has never smothered your chips in curry sauce, then I’m not sure we can be friends 🙃

Chips and curry sauce is soooooo good. And this curry sauce mix is *next level* good.

Don’t get me wrong, there’s a time and a place for that gloopy, synthetic, luke warm stuff ladled into a polystyrene pot from the chipper. It’s usually around midnight after one too many sherbets 🤣  But this is an altogether more kick-ass version that you can keep in your cupboard and have ready to scoff in a matter of minutes.  And you don’t need to be three sheets to the wind to enjoy it!

Simply add water to our gluten-free curry sauce mix, heat and stir until thickened and piping hot. Then pour it straight over your chips and get involved. Or decant it into a ramekin for dunking if you’re someone who likes to control the chip to sauce ratio!

One pack of the mix will make up over a pint of curry sauce – more if you prefer a thinner consistency.  The on-pack instructions make up half the pack. You can make it all at once by doubling the water weight.  Once cooled it can be kept in the fridge for 3-5 days.

Looking for inspiration for what to have the curry sauce with other than chips?  Whip up a batch of waffles with our gluten-free savoury waffles, add some battered chicken and pour over the sauce. Yum!
